SBD (Squat, Bench and Deadlift) Program.
This program is designed to take your squat, bench and deadlift to the next level.
It consists of a comprehensive program that aims at significantly increasing the big 3 lifts. You will have 6 days of training per week where you will hit squats 3 days, bench 3 days and deadlift 2 days - really allowing you to maximise your gains with each lift.
In this program you can find:
- a 11 week SBD focused strength training program
- a small taper towards the end of the program
- a test week at the end of the program
The program is recommended for gym goers or strength athletes with a minimum of 2 year strength training experience looking to increase your squat, bench and deadlift.
It is recommended you have a recent 1RM or at least 3RM for each of the lifts prior to starting the program.
